team_mikelovelett Michael P. Lovelett, CPA, Managing Director
Michael started with the firm in 1977 after graduation from the University of Wyoming and was selected in 1997 as the Managing Director of the Firm. He directs the growth of the firm with proven leadership and commitment. He has completed both the AICPA's CPA Ambassador Program and the Governmental and Not-for-Profit Accounting and Auditing Certificates of Educational Achievement Program. Mike is actively involved in serving the community through his energetic participation in the Kiwanis Club of Casper. As a Kiwanian he served for twelve years as Treasurer and Secretary Treasurer, and also served on various committees and the Board of Directors. Mike is a life member of the following: Sigma Chi, the University of Wyoming Alumni Association, the WSCPA Educational Foundation Golden Eagles, Kiwanis Club International and the Riders Club of America. He is Past President of WSCPA Educational Foundation, and a past Board Member for the WyHy Credit Union, where he was a past chair of the Executive Committee, and is a past member of the AICPA Council and past President for the Board of Directors for the Wyoming Society of Certified Public Accounts. He is a member of the Casper Area Chamber of Commerce, the Business Resource Council and is a past member of the finance council of his church. In 1999 the Kiwanis Club awarded Mike the Hixon award in recognition of his distinguished service as well as the Legion of Honor. In 1998 Mike was named Small Business Advocate of the Year for both Wyoming and Region VIII by the U.S. Small Business Administration (the SBA) and during that year he was also elected as an honored member of Who's Who Among America's Executives. His military career consists of five years in the United States Air Force, where he received the Airman's Medal for valor, one year in the Reserves, and one year in the Wyoming Air National Guard. He enjoys travel, golf, motorcycles, reading, computers, long walks and spending quality time with his wife of over forty-one years, four children and eight grandchildren.

team_roxyskogan Roxy L. Skogen, CPA, CFE, Audit Director
Roxy joined the firm in 1986 after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with honors from the University of Wyoming. Along with the other Directors, Roxy is involved in all aspects of the firm. She is the Audit Director, traveling extensively throughout the state of Wyoming overseeing audits and providing management consulting services to our audit clientele. She has devoted a substantial amount of time in keeping current with the ever changing rules and regulations of governmental and not-for-profit organization accounting and auditing. Roxy has completed the AICPA's Governmental Accounting and Auditing Certificate of Educational Achievement Program. Roxy serves as the Governmental Audit Quality Director and participates in the activities sponsored by the AICPA Governmental Audit Quality Center. In March of 2005, she earned the designation of Certified Fraud Examiner and has expanded her knowledge in this area by also joining the Forensic CPA Society. She still finds time to be active in professional and civic organizations and served as Treasurer of: Life Steps Campus Foundation, Be Well of Wyoming, the Rocky Mountain Gun Club, and the Casper Petroleum Club. She enjoys her civic involvement in the Five Trails Rotary Club. Roxy was on the advisory board for the American National Bank Casper Branch for five years. In 1999, Roxy was named "Rotarian of the Year" for her "Service Above Self." Roxy also serves her community as the Chairman of the Natrona County Planning and Zoning Commission. Her spare time is filled with her family either taking her son to wrestling tournaments or in activities of camping, riding ATVs, golfing, and trap shooting.

team_michaelcometto Michael J. Cometto, CPA, CFE , Director
Mike joined the firm in 1990 and in July, 2001 became a shareholder. In 1986 he graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Mike has considerable experience in all facets of auditing including: government, not-for-profit and for profit auditing. In March of 2005, Mike earned the designation of Certified Fraud Examiner. He devotes considerable time serving the firm's audit clientele by traveling the state of Wyoming. From his experience, he is skilled in reviews, compilations, and income taxes. Since 1991, Mike has served the Casper community as a member of the Lions Club of Casper. He was appointed Treasurer of the Allen H. Stewart Lions Camp and continues to serve in this position. After being elected to the Board of Directors of the Lions Club of Casper, Mike has served as President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. He was also appointed as a Zone Chairman for the Lions of the State of Wyoming - District 15. He has served as the Region Chairman and Chairman of Budget and Finance for the State Lions Organization. In 2002, Mike was honored by being chosen as Lion of the Year. In 2009, the Lions of Wyoming Foundation honored Mike with their "Knight of Blind" award for his commitment to the Allen H. Stewart Lion's Camp and the visually impaired. Mike currently serves as Treasurer and Referee of the Casper Soccer Club where his son is an active participant. He also serves as a member of the Advisory Committee for the Salvation Army Corp in Casper. He takes pleasure in spending time with his wife and three children in other activities such as fishing, golfing, and hunting in the mountains of Wyoming.
