Theresa Heimann, Bookkeeper
Theresa joined the firm in 1994 after working for a CPA firm in Colorado Springs for five years. Theresa is very knowledgeable in providing bookkeeping and payroll services for our many varied clients. She strives to meet the diversified needs of our clients including taking her expertise to their offices, assisting them with details on the phone and/or compiling their reports here in the office. She has mastered several computer programs including QuickBooks to assist her in accomplishing her varied areas of responsibilities with the firm. Her husband and two sons, who are both attending college, are most important in her life and keep her busy with their many activities and interests.
Rosalee Jacobson-Swanton, Office Manager
Rosalee Jacobson-Swanton began work with the firm in May of 2009 as the office manager. After working as a secretary for a local private dining club for two years she decided to further her education in Accounting and is currently taking classes thru Casper College and the University of Wyoming extension program. Her overall goals include becoming a CPA. Rosalee's job experience includes Retail Sales, Retail Management, working as a Waitress and an Office Assistant. She is a Wyoming Native and also lived in California for two years. Rosalee enjoys spending time with her boyfriend of two years and her two dogs. She also enjoys running, snowboarding, hiking and traveling.
Liz Lovelett, Administrative Assistant
Liz Lovelett began work at the firm in January of 2006 as the office manager. She currently assists as needed in various positions. Liz has a bookkeeping/management background. She has worked for a couple of radio stations, a hotel, a construction supply company, a university, and two non profits. She recently retired from a not-for-profit where she was their business manager/finance director for twenty years. She and her husband Mike have four grown children and eight grandchildren, who are the recipients of most of their spare time and energy. Liz loves to work in her flower beds and does volunteer work at her church.
