Our quality control system is reviewed by an outside CPA Firm every three years. Our firm's unqualified report, done in July 2010, is available for review by emailing any of our team. Attestation: We perform attestation engagements which report on management's assertions such as the operation of the internal control system.

Accounting: To create long-term success for our clients, we provide complete accounting services for many businesses. Our capable staff and bookkeeping personnel will assist in meeting your specialized accounting needs, including, accounts receivable accounts payable, payroll and general ledger.

Compilation & Review: We have earned a high degree of respect from our work in providing compilation and review services as governed by the Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services (SSARS) issued by the American Institute of CPA's.

Tax: Our knowledgeable people provide complete Federal, State and Local tax services. To assist in your personal and business strategies we do tax planning for corporations, partnerships, LLC's, individuals and estates, including areas such as compensation, tax shelters, acquisitions and mergers. We prepare tax returns and all required forms, and provide estimated tax liability and planning assistance.

Computer Services: We assist clients to help determine the need for computers, select hardware and software, and implement new systems.

Management Consulting: Financial consulting services are available to provide professional help in business activities such as debt and equity financing, investments, mergers and liquidations.
