Mike joined the firm in 1990 and in July 2001 became a shareholder. He graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. In March of 2005, Mike earned the designation of Certified Fraud Examiner. Mike has considerable experience in all facets of auditing including: government, not-for-profit and for-profit auditing. He devoted a considerable amount of time serving the firm’s audit clientele by traveling the state of Wyoming. He is skilled in reviews, compilations, and all facets of income taxes. Mike was appointed to the City of Casper-Natrona County Health Department Board of Directors in 2012 and was reappointed in 2018 and 2023, and currently serves as Board Chairman. Mike is also a member Knights of Columbus Council #1563. Mike has been a member of the Lions Club of Casper since 1991 and has served as President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. He also serviced as the Treasurer for the Allen H. Stewart Lions Camp on Casper Mountain for many years. In 2009, the Lions of Wyoming Foundation honored Mike with their “Knight of the Blind” award for his commitment to the Allen H. Stewart Lion’s Camp. He takes pleasure spending time with his wife, three grown children and grandchildren in other activities such as fishing, golf, and running.
